At Brighton International School, Equal opportunity and fair treatment are an essential part of our code and work ethics. We ensure that all employees are treated with respect and dignity and ensure that we do not condone human rights violations or abuses.

At Brighton International School, we are committed to provide safe working place for all our employees esp female employees. We are compliant with the mandatory POSH Act of 2013. The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act has been implemented with an aim to prevent and protect women from sexual harassment at the workplace and thereby ensure a safe working environment for women. The POSH Act is a law passed by the Indian government in 2013 to prevent and address sexual harassment in the workplace.

If you believe that you have been discriminated against, harassed or have not been given equal opportunities at work, you are encouraged to submit a complaint to the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address any grievances. The ICC has adequate power vested by the law to investigate the sexual harassment complaints and redress them in the manner enumerated under the PoSH Act and PoSH Rules.
