The Bulwark of the Brighton Way
The idea behind TAB is to provide Holistic Personality Development to Brightonintes and maintain continuity in their feedback through their schooling at Brighton
TAB (Track at Brighton) Program TAB is basically a Personality Intelligence Questionnaire which teachers fill for each and every student. Teacher lists down Strengths, Weaknesses and set practical goals over the course of next quarter. The set of goals are appraised every quarter and worked upon for the next coming quarters of the year. Here the teacher also lists down anecdotes, details about performance and participation of the student in a month reporting format. The School Counsellor, Academic Head and the Principal vet the same from time to time. The TAB is transferred from one year’s class teacher to the other to which student is progressing to give the new teacher a ready-made analysis and information about his/her incoming students of the class TAB is a tool used by us to empower teachers with the following;

The journey from Cursive to Cursor, from Pen to Button, from Real to Virtual and from Teacher to Facilitator has gathered pace and ideas like School Almanac, notebook for a subject like computer, Exam from the notes have outdated.
To help the Teachers Brighton International School now uses the one of the world’s largest Learning Management System – Google Classroom and an extremely efficient School Management System My Class Board to help the students and parents keep abreast with the daily academic and co-curricular affairs. Parents can download the mobile applications to stay updated.
Brighton Kindle is all about picking up life skills. The life skills ranges from Financial literacy for seniors, ironing clothes for fifth graders to tying shoelaces for kindergarteners
The class event is for classes ranging Nursery – Class V, each class gets an opportunity to weave an extravaganza with various acts which is showcased in front of parents
Brighton Lecture Series meant for senior students showcases unique personalities through the year, they inspire the young adults by sharing their life journey with them
Events ranging from exhibition, debate, speech etc are held every week among different school houses to develop students as wholesome individuals
Students from time to time step out of the school to visit different locations/ sites / factories / excursion outside Raipur to learn by observing and learning from the experts
The School Assembly happens for each class at a different location simultaneously as soon as students come to the school. Each and every student gets opportunity to speak
SKED is the year-long calendar for each and every class detaining the syllabus and the activities for all the students throughout the year. The meticulously planned calendar takes into account all kinds of disciplines. The value like Empathy, Patriotism, Team Work, Courage, Importance of saving, Conservation etc is built into this well thought through framework.
