We were delighted to welcome Mr. Shubhajit Sarkhel and Mr. Deepak for an engaging and enlightening session on Food Technology with our Brightonities of Classes 10, 11, and 12 (Science stream). The session was a perfect blend of information and inspiration, introducing students to emerging trends, career opportunities, and innovations in the field of Food Technology.

Our students were highly enthusiastic and actively participated in the interactive discussion, gaining valuable insights into various new fields, including food processing, packaging, food safety, and technology-driven advancements in the industry.
